Data in participatory research

News from the Committee

The Committee for Open Science’s Research Data College has published a report presenting its 15 recommendations for researchers who want to launch a participatory research project. The report highlights a number of points requiring attention and also suggests possible methodological approaches. This is all based on information gathered through a national survey run between November 2021 and January 2022.

The report’s authors discuss data issues for each of the aspects of a participatory research project such as scientific issues, steering, participants, tools and the legal dimension.
