The objectives of the PCI project are to:
1- Propose a procedure for peer review of scientific output that is open, reliable and independent of commercial publishers.
2- Mobilize the scientific communities to regain control of peer review.
3- Valuing preprints as a major vector for the dissemination of open science.

Components of the projet
- Consolidate and develop the PCI platforms.
- Implement an interoperability between PCI and HAL.
- Promote PCI in the open science ecosystem.
- Open new thematic PCIs.
Major resuts
- Establishing and maintaining collaboration with various partners, such as COAR, ANR, Coalition-S, bioRxiv and EcoEvoRxiv.
- Developing the platform in accordance with the principles of the open-source Web2py framework.
- Integrating Linked Data Notifications technology.
