Components of the projet
- Implement an automated protocol based on Persée and INIST-CNRS tools to link publications in the text corpus with certified external sources.
- Upgrade the Persée platform to offer new ways of accessing publications and enabling browsing between publications and external data.
- Promote the use of text mining methods for publications distributed by Persée.
Major resuts
- Optimisation of text mining algorithms and uploading of the entity extraction model to Hugging Face.
- Improvements to the Persée platform, which will offer readers new ways to access collections.
- Comprehensive, collaborative documentation made available via an Open Book Stack platform.
- Presentation of a poster at the ABES 2023 conference.
- Work on data exchange protocols between our institutions.
- Establishment of a scientific advisory board.
- Work on the qualitative evaluation of detection and linking results.
- Drafting of an article on the method, procedures and results.
