Research Engineer in computer science at the Department of Information Systems (DSI) at the National Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm)

Dominique Pigeon works in the field of Scientific Computing. He was trained as a researcher in biochemistry and spent eight years working “on the lab bench” before switching to computers. He successively managed Unix systems and network infrastructures for the public health sector as a project manager, process pilot leader and head of the application maintenance department. More recently, he coordinated IT solutions for the death registration service before taking over the management of rolling out electronic laboratory notebooks for the Inserm at the beginning of 2020.
