DOAJ – Directory of open access journals

DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) is an infrastructure aiming to increase the international visibility of open access journals. DOAJ indexes around 17 500 titles covering all fields of study. Created in 2003, DOAJ is an independent organisation managed by Infrastructure Services for Open Access C.I.C (IS4OA) and solely relies on voluntary donations. DOAJ’s mission is to increase the visibility, accessibility, reputation, usage and impact of quality, peer-reviewed, open access scholarly research journals globally, regardless of discipline, geography or language.
