Coordinating and developing actions to promote open science and the diamond model for the journal incubators in the Repères network
The proposed project is structured around three axes aimed at building solid coordination between the public scientific publishing ecosystem and journal incubators: to improve coordination of Repères, to develop shared training and documentation for the incubators, and to prepare and provide collective support for the development of the technical infrastructures of the incubators.

Components of the projet
- Improve internal and external coordination within Repères.
- Develop shared training and documentation for the incubators and journal teams.
- Collectively prepare for and support the development of the incubators’ technical infrastructure.
Major resuts
- Annual organisation of the Repères network’s conference.
- Results from the network’s six working groups.
- Formation of an OJS community for French platforms.
- Regular diffusion of the Spoc Quéro (editorial quality, referencing and tools): two sessions per year and around 40 people trained per session.
- Organisation of regular webinars, in collaboration with the Médici and Mir@bel networks.
- Creation of a catalogue of journals from the incubators federated by Repères.
- Creation of a resource centre produced by the incubators for the benefit of journals.
- Exchange of best practices at various levels (incubators, professional networks, research infrastructures, European projects, the Circé network).
