Report from the COAR Annual Conference 2025
The conference is being jointly organized by COAR, JPCOAR and the National Institute of Informatics and will bring together international and Japanese participants to share experiences, identify priority activities across our communities, and contribute to the development of a shared vision for the future of repositories.
Three major themes will guide the discussions:
- Examining the role of repositories and repository networks in supporting compliance with open access policies around the world
- Developing effective strategies to ensure the visibility and discoverability of research outputs in repositories
- Identifying, capitalizing and advancing innovations on the horizon
The COAR meeting is open to COAR members and partners, the JPCOAR community, and invited guests.
